Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a client in Fremont. This is a contract position scheduled to last at least 6 months with the potential to extend. The position is 100% onsite.

This person will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while building a strong employment brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this role will serve as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), supporting assigned departments and contributing to broader talent and people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer processes
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support senior recruiting initiatives and provide guidance on sourcing strategies

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned departments on talent-related matters
  • Support employee retention, engagement, and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to align hiring and workforce planning with business goals

Data & Process Optimization

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
  • Leverage data to inform talent acquisition strategies and decision-making
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruiting processes and tools

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar role
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels
  • Experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
